In February we listed our home with Warner Realestate and Katie Graham. It was our first time selling a home. Katie Graham walked us through everything step and answered all of our questions to a tee, sometimes several times. To say that she is an ambitious realtor would be an understatement! Not only did she advertise our home state wide, she advertised across the ntri-state area! When it came to finding our new home she listened intently to every detail of the specifics that we where looking for and went above and beyond to find it!
