Contacted Angie for a home listed for sale. Unfortunately she just got an offer on the home, good for her but that left me still looking. Angie contacted me two days later with a new home that was for sale by owner. By the afternoon I had photos of the home as she contacted the seller to allow her to proceed as the realtor. Within a couple of weeks we had a deal and closed on the house when I arrived in town. Since I was new to the area, she supplied me with contacts for any services I would need, electrician, plumber, etc. Couldn’t be happier with the home and especially Angie’s service.
